On August 12th, two pieces of porcelain that were used in the state banquets at CIIE have been exhibited at the Okura Garden Hotel Shanghai. Citizens can now appreciate them at the flagship store of Auratic in Shanghai, within the hotel.

“Porcelain has been the medium for the world to know about China. As a porcelain company that has continued the porcelain tradition for hundreds of years, we hope that we can pass down our rich culture and history through these porcelains”, said Liu Quanhui, vice president of Auratic.

When the first CIIE took place in Shanghai in 2018, Auratic provided their new chinaware called “Magnolia”for the state banquet. In 2019 at the second CIIE, it again contributed a brand-new series of chinaware for the state banquet. “The simplicity and elegance of the aesthetic design of our products identifies with Shanghai’s culture of both prosperity and delicacy,”said Liu.

In fact, the porcelains of Auratic had already made their appearances at various other state banquets before CIIE, such as state banquets of the G20 Summit in Hangzhou in 2016, the BRICs Summit in 2017 and the Boao Forum of Asia in 2018, increasing its reputation and popularity among the public.
