From July 31 to August 3, 2020, the 18th China Digital Entertainment Expo and Conference (ChinaJoy for short) was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. This year ChinaJoy included 10 exhibition halls, covering a total of 125,000 square meters, and a total of about 400 exhibitors. The organizer attached great importance to the prevention and control of the epidemic, and set up a strict admission process at the entrance of the exhibition, to protect all attendees and exhibitors.
You needed to show your ID card and QR code at the entrance to the venue. After entering the venue, a temperature measurement was required. There was a human body temperature measurement point on the security gate, where attendees had to raise their right hand to detect the infrared temperature. People whose body temperature was 37.3℃ or higher were not allowed to enter. The exhibition hall set up four on-site temporary checkpoints and isolation vehicles. Punan Hospital dispatched medical staff to perform on-site secondary temperature measurement, registration information and other services.
Masks were required throughout the exhibition. Each venue had 9 epidemic prevention and control evangelists wearing red armbands and holding "please wear masks" placards. If any attendee was found to have removed or not be wearing a mask they would remedy the situation immediately.
